Change the water every couple of days and keep the bouquet in a cool area away from direct sunlight.

All product descriptions provided on our website aim to give you a clear understanding of the items we offer. We strive for accuracy, but we cannot guarantee that all descriptions are entirely free from errors or omissions. Colors and arrangements may vary slightly from the images displayed due to the nature of fresh flowers and seasonal availability.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in USA dollar and do not include taxes or delivery fees, which may apply at checkout.

Product availability may vary based on seasonal changes and supply. We reserve the right to substitute flowers or products of equal or greater value if the selected item is unavailable.

We provide delivery services within Houston/Area. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 8:00AM. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. Please ensure that the delivery address is accurate to avoid delays.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 3 hours of delivery. We will do our best to resolve any issues. Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information and to ensure that someone is available to receive the flowers at the designated time.

We accept various payment methods for your convenience, including major credit cards, debit cards, and online payment platforms. Payments can be made securely through our website at the time of order.

All orders require full payment at the time of purchase. Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please ensure that your payment information is accurate to avoid any delays.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders canceled after this period may incur a cancellation fee.
If there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement.

Estimated delivery times are between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. A delivery fee of $20-$55 applies to all orders. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We may exchange items that arrive damaged during delivery. Please note that we do not offer refunds for wedding arrangements or daily deliveries.
